Step 1 Evaluate: Every program begins with getting clear about where you are and where you want to go. This is a one-on-one appointment and will take an hour of your time. Evaluations start at $150 at Rachel's location. Travel time will be added at the rate of $20 per 15 min for Rachel to travel to you.
Step 2 Design a Program: Using the information gathered in the evaluation, Rachel will go to work designing a plan that fits your lifestyle, goals and current condition. $25-$75 per workout. Most programs include multiple workouts. A recommendation will be made at your evaluation.
Step 3 Private Sessions: Private one-on-one training sessions to learn the workouts with proper technique. A recommendation will be made at the evaluation. Sessions are 50 minutes in length. The goal is active workout time of 40 min. Packages are available and will be recommended based on your needs to reach your goals.
Step 4 Independent Workouts: In addition to the training sessions, your program will include exercise to be done independently. You will have access to an app with videos and descriptions of all of your workouts. You will also have access to an instant message system to ask me any questions. $25-$50/month
Other Services: Rachel uses other manual modalities to create the most effective programs possible with the best results.
