Step 1 Evaluate: Every program begins with getting clear about where you are and where you want to go. This is a one-on-one appointment. $150

Step 2 Design a Program: Using the information gathered in the evaluation, Rachel will go to work designing a plan that fits your lifestyle, goals and current condition. $40 per workout. Most programs include multiple workouts. This will be discussed in your evaluation.

Step 3 Private Sessions: All new clients begin with private one-on-one training sessions to learn the workouts with proper technique. Manual alignment corrections are included as part of private training sessions. $80/session. The number of sessions needed will be discussed after the evaluation.

Step 4 Independent Workouts: In addition to the training sessions, your program will include exercise to be done independently. You will have access to an app with videos and descriptions of all of your workouts. You will also have access to an instant message system to ask me any questions. Your workouts will be scheduled in the app for you. $25/month

Step 5 Semi­-private sessions: Once it is determined that you do not need one-­on-­one attention, you will have the option to train during semi-­private sessions. This means there could be up to 2 other people in your session. Alignment corrections are not included in semi-­private sessions. $65/session
