If you didn’t read last week’s post about getting bullied, you may want to go check that out before you read on. Maybe you read last week’s post and it felt familiar to you, but not from the side of being bullied. Maybe you are the one bullying and you never realized it until something in my last post resonated with you. Let me just take a second to say, I’m really glad you are here and reading this. I know you love your family and friends and you only want the best for them. I want to help you be a better support for them. Ultimately, that’s why we are here, right? To support one another.

Be The Weirdo

I recently had a conversation with someone about eating to fit in. More specifically being bullied about eating differently than everyone else. This one sparked a little something in me because its incredibly common and I think it’s a big part of why people are unsuccessful when they try to make positive changes in their lives. It happens in our own homes. It happens in the workplace. It happens in school. It happens at parties and events. I think it’s about time it’s talked about as what it really is.

Hard Fast Rules to Change Your Body Quickly

Last week I started with a new client who asked me to create a list of things they could do nutritionally to see changes in how their body looks and feels quickly, but, not riduculous stuff that is temporary. The Thigh Obsession

I have a very important message about your thighs. The abductor and adductor machines will not give you a “thigh gap”. In fact, even if you are just looking to “tone up” your thighs, these two machines, that you probably have to wait in line for, are not going to do it. The fact that women want this illusive “thigh gap” is an entirely different topic for another time. Today, if I can help just one woman understand how to get firm, toned thighs and help put these machines out to pasture once and for all, I have done this world some good. If you want to tone your inner and outer thighs there is about a million ways to do it and none of them involve sitting.
