I would like to offer you a FREE 30 min call with me. I call it the Find Your Fit call. I want to help you find the right fit to reach the fitness level you dream of. I offer a number of ways based on your needs.

But, first, tell me about YOU. Tell me which best describes you right now. Please note: you may have more than one of these as goals. Choose the end goal. For instance, if you want to get into the best shape of your life, but, have pain, choose I want to get into the best shape of my life. Resolving your pain will be a goal to get you into the best shape of your life.

Once you have chosen your best fit, you will be directed to a questionnaire tailored to you. It’s designed to help me understand you better before we get on the call together. Let’s use your time on the phone with me wisely, shall we?

Once your questionnaire is completed, you will receive an email offering you times I have available for the call. You will choose a time that works best for you and I will call you on that day at that time on the phone number you provide in the questionnaire.
